Corporate Web Design
Corporate web design that turns your market position and reputation into a first-class digital experience built for speed and conversion.
Market Dynamics & Differentiation
An enterprise web platform's primary mission is not merely visual polish; it is presenting verified credibility and strategic proof points in precise psychological sequence to decision-makers. Within seconds, executive buyers must grasp your capability, market authority, and quantifiable ROI.
Our design methodology begins with information architecture and commercial persuasion frameworks. Extreme load performance, seamless mobile interaction, AI search engine (GEO) readiness, and technical SEO infrastructure are engineered into the platform's core.
What does corporate web design actually cover?
Corporate web design means planning a company website's information architecture, copy, interface, code and search foundations as one piece of work. It starts long before anyone decides how the home page looks, with a decision about who the site speaks to, what it says and in what order.
Website design is often taken to mean screen design alone. Yet visitors who cannot find what they came for, a form that is painful on a phone, or a site that never shows up on Google are rarely visual problems. They come from gaps in planning, which is why we define the full scope from day one.
A corporate web project usually brings these parts together:
- Sitemap and information architecture: which pages exist and how the navigation groups them
- Message hierarchy and page copy: one main idea and one clear call to action per page
- Interface and component design: screens considered separately for mobile, tablet and desktop
- Development, content management and launch
- Technical SEO, structured data and analytics setup
Off-the-shelf template or custom design?
A template is a quick, economical start and can make sense for a short-lived promotional page or a new business's first site. The catch is that a template is written to fit as many businesses as possible, not to fit your content.
That has two costs. The first is distinctiveness: sites built on the same template look alike, and visitors struggle to tell you apart from a competitor. The second is performance: features added just in case become code you never use, weighing the page down and dragging speed scores with it.
With custom design, the page structure, content order and components are built around your brand, and only the code you need gets written. If you answer “yes” to most of the questions below, a template may look cheaper at first, but later customisation usually closes the gap.
Custom design does not mean coding everything from scratch, either. Building a brand-specific interface on a solid, widely used foundation makes security updates easier and keeps the site from depending on a single developer.
- Will the site do measurable work, such as generating enquiries or sales?
- Does your identity survive the fonts and layouts the template allows?
- Do you need several languages, custom forms or integrations with other systems?
- Will the site grow over the coming years, with new pages added regularly?
I want a new website: how does the process work?
For a company commissioning a website, the process starts by pinning down the goal: what does the site have to achieve to count as doing its job? Collecting enquiries, recruiting dealers, hiring or reassuring investors each call for a different page structure.
Things move faster if you bring a few items to the first meeting: traffic data from your current site, a handful of sites you like and dislike, the person responsible for content and the decision-maker who gives final sign-off. Our office is in Ataşehir, Istanbul, and we meet in person or online.
When choosing a web design agency in Istanbul, a few questions help: can you look at their work live? Does the same team handle both design and code, or does the job fall into the gap between them? Who writes the copy? Who answers when something breaks after launch? Clear answers to these say more than the numbers on a proposal.
A project usually runs in this order:
- Discovery: goals, audience, competitors and an audit of the current site
- Information architecture and wireframes: sitemap and content skeleton, before colour and imagery
- Copy: page titles, messaging and content written around search intent
- Interface design: carrying the identity onto screen, mobile first, then wider layouts
- Development and content entry
- Testing and launch: checks across devices and browsers, redirects, analytics setup
- After launch: monitoring search and usage data through the first weeks
What does SEO-friendly web design mean?
SEO-friendly web design means building the site so search engines can read it while it is being designed, not after launch. Heading hierarchy, URL structure and page speed are design decisions, and they are hard to fix later with a plugin.
On the technical side, every page gets its own title and description, a single H1 and a meaningful URL. The XML sitemap, canonical tags and Schema.org structured data are in place from the start. When replacing an existing site, permanently (301) redirecting each old URL to its new equivalent is the single most important step in keeping the rankings you have earned.
Being SEO-friendly is not only technical; it is also about page structure. A site that lists every service on one page often ranks for none of them. Giving each service and each important question its own page takes searchers straight to the answer they were looking for.
GEO (generative engine optimisation) is about structuring content so systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI overviews can use your site as a source. Sections that answer questions plainly, company details that match everywhere and structured data all help here too. Our SEO and GEO guide covers this in depth.
- One target query per page, with a title to match
- A meaningful heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3)
- Descriptive file names and alt text for images
- Structured data such as Organization, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage
- Search Console verification and sitemap submission
Speed, mobile and multilingual foundations
Google crawls and evaluates sites largely through their mobile version. That is why we start design on the phone screen: navigation, forms and calls to action are placed for comfortable thumb use, and the wide-screen layout is built on top.
For speed, Google's Core Web Vitals are the guide: how quickly the main content appears, how fast the page responds to a tap, and whether elements jump around while it loads. Serving images at the right size and format, stripping unneeded scripts and self-hosting fonts all move these numbers directly. Our Conversion and Performance page goes into the detail.
On a multilingual site each language needs its own URL (for example /en/), pages should be linked to each other with hreflang tags, and the whole interface has to be translated, including menus, form prompts and error messages. When copy is written in the words people actually search with in that language, rather than translated line by line, international visitors can find the site through their own searches.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who handles strategic copywriting and messaging?
New Matter crafts all commercial positioning, value propositions, and SEO/GEO-driven messaging end-to-end with our senior strategists.
Can our internal team easily update site content post-launch?
Yes. Our modular design system and headless CMS integration empower your marketing team to launch pages and update content without writing code.
What is the typical turnaround time for an enterprise web project?
Depending on scope, discovery, UX, bespoke UI design, and full-stack deployment typically take 4–8 weeks.
How much does a website cost?
Price depends on page count, number of languages, template versus custom design, content management and integration needs. Our website pricing guide sets out market ranges and the line items that drive the budget. Once the scope is clear, we prepare a proposal specific to you.
Will we lose our Google rankings when we switch to a new site?
With a properly planned migration the risk drops considerably. We list the old URLs, 301-redirect each one to its new equivalent and keep the titles and content of valuable pages intact. Watching Search Console for crawl errors after launch is part of the migration too.
Will AI search tools recommend our site?
Nobody can guarantee that; which sources AI systems choose is not in any single site's hands. What we do is make the site a credible candidate, with clearly answered content, consistent company information and structured data.
Whose name should the domain and hosting be in?
We always recommend they are in your company's name. That way the domain, hosting and analytics accounts stay with you whoever your agency is, and access is granted and revoked as needed.
