This site processes personal data through visit statistics, cookies. Below you will find what is processed, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are.

Cookies and tracking

Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent, as the site cannot function without them. Measurement and marketing cookies run only if you allow them in the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time from the settings in that banner.

Measurement cookies produce aggregated, de-identified statistics about how pages are used; they are not used to identify you on their own.

What we process, and why

Only when you reach out. When you email or call us, we process the name, contact details and message content you share, in order to answer your enquiry and manage a possible engagement.

• Visit statistics: with your consent, pages visited, session duration, approximate location and device/browser details are processed to produce aggregate statistics. Legal basis: explicit consent. Retention: 14 months at most.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest; or steps prior to entering into a contract.
• Retention: up to 2 years if the enquiry goes no further; if it becomes an engagement, the commercial and tax retention periods required by law (10 years).
• Transfers: the analytics provider's servers may be located abroad; such transfer relies on your explicit consent. Your data is not sold to third parties.

Server logs

The site is published through a static hosting provider. For service operation and security, the provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser details, request time). We do not access these logs for advertising or profiling.

External links

The site links to third-party services such as Instagram and Google Maps. Once you follow such a link, that platform's own privacy policy applies; we are not responsible for their data processing.

Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, to request erasure where the conditions are met, and to have such actions communicated to any parties the data was transferred to.

This notice is updated when the site's behaviour changes. Should analytics, forms or cookies be added, this page will be revised before those go live.
